摘要
采购业务为企业获取所需物资或服务,是企业生产的重要环节。但采购业务在每个环节上都存在风险,采购风险的存在会使企业采购成本增加,影响采购质量和到货周期,造成企业采购库存的短缺或积压,甚至可能导致企业生产停滞或资源浪费。文中从采购计划变更风险、采购资金不到位风险、采购队伍不稳定风险及供应商的风险四个方面分析了采购风险,并提出了相应的采购风险控制措施,旨在为通过采购风险控制确保企业采购顺利完成提供理论指导。
As an important part of production,the procurement provides the goods or services that the enterprises needed.But the risks exist in every aspect of the procurement.The procurement risks could increase the enterprise procurement costs,influence the quality of procurement and the arrival cycle,result in the shortage or overstock of the enterprise purchasing inventory,and it may even lead to the stagnation of production or waste of resources.Therefore,this thesis analyses the procurement risks form four aspects as the risks that the procurement plan changes resulted in,the risks that the lack of procurement funds resulted in,the risks that the instability of procurement team resulted in and the supplier risks.And it also gives the relevant procurement risk control measures.So that,it maybe provides the theoretical guidance to make sure the procurement complete successfully by the controls of the procurement risks.
