摘要
文中运用情景分析法对昆明机场大面积航班延误的案例进行分析,从事件的发展过程推导出关键影响因素。通过构建情景的方式,总结机场突发事件的发展规律和应急管理的研究方向。
This paper using scenario analysis method to analyze the case of large-area flight delays at the airport in Kunming,the key influence factor is derived from the development of the event.Through the way of constructing scenarios,and summarizes the development of the airport emergency rule and the research direction of emergency management.
