摘要
目的探讨男性护理研究生的学习动机和特点,提出相应的教育对策,以提高特定群体的高等护理教育质量。方法采用质性研究的方法,便利抽取8名男性护理研究生作为研究对象,对其进行半结构式个人深入访谈,探讨其学习动机并依据自我效能理论提出相应的对策。结果男性护理研究生的学习动机主要包括报答型、求知型、就业生活型、成绩目标型、社会奉献型和消极回避型等6种。结论研究生培养激励机制的不断完善、人文气息浓厚的学术氛围、崇高的价值观以及合理的自身角色定位在男性护理研究生的培养中尤为重要,应根据其不同学习动机采取有针对性的教育措施。
Objective To discuss male nursing postgraduate students learning motivation and characteristic, and propose the corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality of higher nursing education.Methods By convenience sampling,8 male nursing students were selected and investigated by using semi struc-tured in depth interview.Their learning motivation was discussed and proposes the corresponding counter-measure according to self efficacy theory.Results Male nursing postgraduate students learning motivation type including paying back,knowledge seeking,career life,grades,contributing to society and passive and avoidant.Conclusion Postgraduate students cultivation incentive system perfection,good academic atmos-phere,lofty values and reasonable self role definition in male nursing postgraduate training are playing an important role,and should take targeted countermeasures according to different types of study motivation.
