摘要
目的探讨"3H"(hotel,hospital,home)规范化护理服务模式在疗养科室中的应用效果。方法注重疗养员的人文关怀和心理需求,实施以宾馆式礼仪服务、医院式个性化护理服务及家庭式温馨服务为核心的"3H"护理服务模式,比较实施前后疗养员的满意度及护理质量。结果在实施"3H"护理模式后,疗养员满意度(87.88%vs 92.78%)和护理质量评分[(84.78±4.03)vs(90.83±1.54)分]均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "3H"护理模式的实施提升了护士的工作积极性,提高了护理工作效率及疗养员对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To discuss the application effect of ‘3 H’standardized nursing service mode in sani-tarium.Methods Pay attention to the humanistic as well as psychological demand of the patient and applied with ‘3 H’nursing service mode.Compare the patient satisfaction degree and nursing quality before and after implementation.Result After implementation of ‘3H’nursing mode,the satisfaction level (87.88%vs 92.78%)and nursing quality score [(84.78±4.03)vs(90.83±1.54)]were both significantly improved (P〈0.05).Conclusion Implementation of‘3H’nursing mode improves the working enthusiasm of nurses and also improves the working efficiency and satisfaction level.
