自制负压引流装置促进直肠癌Miles术后会阴部感染切口愈合的效果

The Study of Self Made Negative Pressure Drainage Device in Promoting Perineal Incision Infection Healing for Patients with Rectal Cancer after Miles Operation

目的观察自制负压引流装置促进直肠癌Miles术后会阴部切口感染愈合的效果。方法 2012年6月至2013年12月将24例直肠癌Miles术后发生会阴部切口感染的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各12例,观察组在创面基本清洁后采用自制的负压引流装置(康惠尔透明贴+吸痰管)进行治疗,对照组继续使用传统方法敞开换药,比较两组患者的伤口愈合时间、换药次数、换药费用及舒适度。结果观察组患者的伤口愈合时间短于对照组,换药次数及换药费用少于对照组,舒适度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制负压引流装置取材方便,运用于会阴部感染切口引流可明显缩短伤口愈合时间、降低医疗成本和提高患者舒适度。

Objective To observe the effect of negative pressure drainage device used on perineal wound healing for postoperative patients with rectal cancer.Methods 24 patients with perinea incision infection after Miles operation were equally divided into control group and observation group.In the observation group,the wound were treated by using negative pressure drainage device （Comfeel plum transparent dressing＋sputum suction tube）,while the control group were treated by traditional method,The healing time of wound,the dressing change times,the cost of dressing ,the degree of comfort were compared between two groups.Results The healing time,dressing change times,the cost of dressing ,the degree of comfort in observation group were better than which in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The negative pressure device is convenient and suitable for drainage of perineal incision infection .It can shorten the wound healing time,reduce the cost of medical care,and enhance patient comfort.
