摘要
本文分析了企业员工绩效考核中存在的问题,有针对性地提出了系统的应对策略,以期进一步规范员工绩效考核工作的开展,充分调动全体员工的积极性与创造性,形成企业和员工绩效提升的整体合力。
The paper first examines the existing problems in staff performance evaluations,on the basis of which it then provides some systematic solutions to the problems in order to further regulate the implementation of staff performance evaluations,fully motivate staff and stimulate their creativity and achieve the co-development of the company and staff.
