摘要 作为中国改革开放以来的标杆企业,海尔集团的发展离不开人才的支撑,在"先造人才,再造名牌"的管理理念下,海尔集团建立了自己的培训中心——海尔大学,本文具体介绍海尔大学的培训实践:以创新为基准,紧密结合集团需要,精心搭建培训管理体系,以培训提升人力素质,打造创新型"海尔人",树立自己的人才品牌,为企业的可持续发展输入人才力量。 As a business model after China's reform and opening up,Haier Group has been relying on the support of talents for development.Guided by the management concept of "Talents Development Comes before Brand Building",Haier Group set up its own training center — Haier University.The paper provides an overview of Haier University's training practices:with making innovations as the basic guiding principle and the Group's needs as the driver,a well-built training management system was set up;training is used to improve the qualities of human resource,develop an innovative "Haier workforce" and create a talents brand of its own,thus delivering talented staff for the sustainable development of the company.
