摘要
提升课堂活力,打造"品质课堂",是成人高等教育办学机构面对信息化、网络化、数字化时代学习者学习方式多元化选择的转型需要和行动方向。"品质课堂"是通过高品位教学支持服务推动学习者最佳学习成效的一种教学组织形式,具有深刻而丰富的内涵性。建设"品质课堂"需要从构建一支复合型师资队伍、展开精细化教学设计、打造"线上线下"多元化课堂、建设双向互动智能化学习管理平台、提供高品质的视频文本类教学资源入手,以营造一流的学习环境来充分满足学习者学习方式的多元化选择,提高学习者学习成效,保证成人高等教育办学质量。
In an age of information, network and digitalization, "stimulating classroom dynamics, creating ‘quality class' " is not only necessary for the transformation of adult higher education, but also directs this transitional process. "Quality class " is a teaching organizing form based on high standard teaching support services to promote the best learning outcomes, which is of profound and rich meaning. Creating "quality class" starts from constructing interdisciplinary teaching team, designing detailed teaching plans, creating "online to offline" diversified class, building a two-way interactive and intelligent learning management platform, as well as sharing high quality video teaching resources. This teaching method aims to construct a first class learning environment to guarantee learners' diversified choices, to improve learning efficiency and to ensure the quality of adult higher education.
