摘要
通过文献资料法、实验法、统计分析法等研究方法,在背越式跳高技术教学中,对录像反馈教学与传统教学进行了对比实验研究。研究表明:录像反馈教学在促进学生掌握技术动作、提高专项运动成绩和培养学生动作技术的讲述能力等三个方面均显著优于传统教学。建议对录像反馈教学在其他田径项目的技术教学中的应用进行研究,以期促进田径教学改革、满足学生对高效课堂的需求,进而达到提高课堂教学质量的目的。
Using the method of literature data, experimentation and statistical analysis, this paper gives a comparative study about recording--feedback and traditional teaching method on Fosbury flop teaching. Research shows that recording--feedback method is much better than traditional method on promoting the students to master the skills, and improving their performance and cultivating their abilities of narrate the skills as well. In order to improve the teaching quality,we suggest teachers to use recording--feedback teaching method on other athletics items.
