近年来我国高校体育教师职业倦怠情况研究

College PE teachers' job burnout situation in our country in recent years

采用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,对近年来我国高校体育教师职业倦怠情况进行分析研究。结果显示,我国普通高校体育教师不同程度的普遍存在职业倦怠现象,男女体育教师无显著差异;平均教龄在15年左右、高学历、高职称的体育教师职业倦怠情况最为严重。高校体育教师产生职业倦怠受社会因素、个人因素、学校因素、职业因素等诸多因素影响。

The methods of documentation and logical analysis,the situation of college PE teachers＇job burnout in China in recent years are studied. The results show：Physical education teachers in common colleges and universities in our country are widespread job burnout phenomenon,No significant difference was found between male and female physical education teachers;Average teaching experience in 15 years or so,highly educated,high title of PE teachers＇job burnout situation is most serious.College PE teachers＇ job burnout by social factors,personal factors,school factors,professional,and many other factors.
