激励理论在中小学篮球教学中的运用探讨

The Application of Motivate Theory in Basketball Teaching of Primary and Middle School

目前我国中小学篮球教学中存在学生主体性缺失、教学有效性较差、学生学习兴趣较低等问题。"激励"是提高学生学习兴趣和积极性,建立和谐师生关系,提高教育教学质量的重要手段之一,该文就激励理论在篮球教学中的运用进行探讨。

Nowadays there are some problems in the teaching of basketball at middle and primary school in our country,such as the deficiency of students’subjectivity,poor teaching effectiveness and students’low learning interest.“Motivation”is one of the important methods to promote students’learning interest and initiative,establish the harmonious relationship between teachers and students and improve the quality of teaching.This paper discusses the application of motivation theory in basketball teaching.
