基于类型学分析的观光农业旅游区规划设计——以沂南县山水桃苑生态文化旅游区为例

Agri-tourism Area Planning and Design Based on Typology Analysis:A Case Study of Eco-Culture Tourism Area of Peach Landscaping,Yinan

基于类型学分析提出观光农业的类型框架,通过对关键鉴别特征的选取和识别,将现有的观光农业划分为5大基本类型;以沂南县双堠镇山水桃苑生态文化旅游区为例,通过对基地现状条件的综合评价分析,得出适宜发展的类型并应用于实际规划项目;对观光农业的理论和实践进行了探索,为镇域规划更新背景条件下的乡村旅游区发展建设提出规划设计的对策。

Based on typology analysis,the framework of sightseeing agriculture was put forward to categorize existing sightseeing agriculture into 5 types by selecting and identifying the key features. With the ecological culture tourism area of peach landscaping in Shuanghou Township,Yinan County,the type that is suitable for developing was proposed and applied to planning projects based on the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of its current conditions.Explorations were made for the theories and practices of sightseeing agriculture,and the strategies were suggested for the development of rural tourism area on the context of township re- planning.
