摘要
目的探讨输尿管内支架管在泌尿外科中的应用及其相关并发症的发生情况。方法随机选取我院2009年5月—2013年11月期间收治的各类泌尿系统疾病患者共计120例,对患者的病史资料进行回顾性分析。结果临床中以输尿管及肾结石和尿路梗阻应用输尿管内支架管最多,远高于其他类型疾病,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)术后患者易发生血尿及膀胱刺激征等并发症。结论输尿管内支架管作为一种广泛应用的泌尿外科器械,在应用过程中应严格按照手术规范进行操作,且术后给予患者合理护理干预,以避免发生血尿等并发症。
Objective To investigate the incidence of ureteral stents in urology application and its related complications. Methods Randomly selected our hospital in May 2009 during the November 2013 patients of various types of urinary system diseases totaling 120 cases, the patient＇s clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Clinical to the ureter and kidney stones and urinary tract obstruction ureteral stents maximum, much higher than other types of diseases,significant difference in patients（P〈0.05）postoperative hematuria and bladder irritation and other complications.Conclusion Ureteral stent urology as a widely used instrument in the application process should be operated strictly in accordance with specifications surgery, and postoperative care given to patients with a reasonable intervention to avoid complications such as hematuria.
