缬沙坦分散片联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of valsartan tablet combined alprostadil injection in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

目的观察缬沙坦分散片联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法资料随机选取2011年11月—2013年11月本院诊治的90例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组45例患者予以缬沙坦分散片治疗,研究组45例患者在对照组基础上联合前列地尔注射液治疗,分析两组患者血压变化、肾功能改善及不良反应情况。结果研究组患者治疗后血压下降明显优于对照组,24hUpro、尿红细胞、Scr、BUN均明显低于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且均未出现严重不良反应情况。结论缬沙坦分散片联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效显著,有效控制患者的血压,促进肾功能改善,且药物使用安全可靠。

Objective To valsartan tablet combined alprostadil injection in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis clinical efficacy. Methods Data were randomly selected in November 2011 2013 November 90 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis hospital for treatment, according to the random number table is divided into two groups, a control group of 45 patients to be valsartan tablet therapy, the study group 45 patients in the control group on the basis of joint alprostadil injection therapy,patients were analyzed changes in blood pressure, kidney function improved and adverse reactions. Results After the study group patients blood pressure（34.72±15.24） /（17.29±9.57） mmHg was significantly better than the control group（23.11±10.56） /（9.57±7.45） mmHg, 24 hUpro, urine red blood cells, Scr, BUN were significantly lower than the control group differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of valsartan tablet combined alprostadil injection in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis significant, effective control of blood pressure, promote the improvement of renal function, and drug use is safe and reliable.
