补肾益气汤作为免疫增强剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果

目的探讨补肾益气汤作为免疫增强剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果,为中药作为免疫增强剂的研究提供参考依据。方法选择2013年8月—2014年2月期间我院收治的慢性乙型性肝炎患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例,对照组采用常规拉米夫定给药,观察组在此基础上给予免疫增强剂补肾益气汤,分析比较治疗前后两组患者的CD4+、CD8+、IL-2、lFN-γ各项指标的变化情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者血清CD4+、CD8+明显提高,CD4+/CD8+比值降低,同时血清中IL-2和lFN-γ的含量也明显提高,免疫功能明显改善。结论中药作为免疫增强剂可有效提高机体的免疫功能,方法安全、可靠。

Methods Selected 82 patients with chronic hepatitis B during August 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital, Randomly divided into observation group and normal control,the normal control used conventional lamivudine administration, Observation group was given immunity enhancer Buzhongyiqi Tang on this basis, Compared CD4^＋, CD8^＋, IL-2, IFN-γ changes in two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results Compared with the normal control the observation group were CD4^＋,CD8^＋ significantly improved, CD4^＋ / CD8^＋ ratio decreased, Serum contents of IFN-γ and IL-2 were also significandy improved, improved immune function. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） as immune strengthening agent can effectively improve immune function.
