手术室护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中的应用有效性探究

Exploring Effectiveness of Nursing Cooperation in Operating Room on the Application of Artificial Total Hip Replacement

目的探究手术室护理配合在人工全髋关节置换手术中的有效性。方法选择2012年3月—2014年5月以来在我院进行人工全髋关节置换术的患者134例,将患者随机均匀分成对比组与分析组,对比组给予常规护理,分析组患者在手术室中手术时给予更加细致的护理配合。结果手术前,对比组与分析组患者基本资料小即P>0.05,具有可比性。手术后,分析组患者呼吸频率、心跳频率、血压等体征指标良好,而对比组患者体征指标明显差于分析组患者,并发症发生率13.43%也明显高于分析组患者的1.49%。分析组无死亡病例而对比组有4例死亡病例,两组比较差异明显即P<0.05,具有可比性。结论手术室护理配合,在人工全髋关节置换术中效果明显,有助于手术成功完成。

Objective To explore effectiveness of nursing cooperation in operating room on the application of artificial total hip replacement. Methods I chose 134 patients since March 2012 in our hospital for artificial total hip ieplacement patients, who were randomly divided into contrast group and analysis group, contrast group given routine nursing care, analysis group surgery in the operating room to cooperate more meticulous care. Results Before the operation, basic information of contrast group and analysis group patients was small and comparable, namely P〉0.05.After surgery, analysis breathing rate, heart rate, blood pressure and other signs index of analysis group is good, and the control group patients body-mass index group of patients significantly worse than the analysis group, complication rates 13.43% also significantly higher than the analysis group＇s 1.49%. Analysis of group of patients without death cases and control group had four patients died, two groups of patients after treatment effect differences apparent and comparable, namely P〈0.05. Conclusion Nursing cooperation in operating Room, the effect in artificial total hip replacement is obvious and is helpful to operation completed smoothly.
