门诊治疗霉菌性阴道炎45例

Outpatient treatment of 45 cases of patients with fungal vaginitis

目的探讨门诊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月—2014年6月收治的霉菌性阴道炎患者45例,给予患者常规的药物治疗,同时向患者宣教养成良好的生活习惯和日常生活方式的重要性,并向其宣传普及基本的妇女卫生知识以及积极配合治疗对疾病康复的影响,对统计结果做回顾性分析。结果 45例患者的总有效率为100%(45/45),其中痊愈38例,痊愈率84.4%,显效4例,有效3例,无1例无效。结论对霉菌性阴道炎患者门诊治疗中既应用药物治疗,又实施卫生知识健康宣教、指导改善生活习惯等措施有助于充分发挥调理优势,促进疾病的康复,降低复发率,同时起到有效预防和治愈的作用,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of outpatient treatment of fungal vaginitis.Methods 45 cases of patients admitted to our hospital with fungal vaginitiswere selected.AU patients were given conventional medical treatment,at the same time, they were advised the importance of developing good habits and daily life the way and outreached to basic knowledge of women＇s health and the positive impact on disease treatment with rehabilitation.Finally, the statistical results analyzed retrospectively.Resuits 45 patients of the total effective rate was 100% （45/45）,Which cured 38 cases, the cure rate was 84.4%, effective in 4 cases, effective in 3 cases, 1 case is invalid.Conclusion Outpatient treatment for fungal vaginitis drug therapy in patients with both appli- cations, and implementation of health knowledge health education, guidance and other measures to help improve the living habits conditioning advantages into full play, promote the rehabilitation of the disease, reduce the relapse rate, and play an effective role in the prevention and cure, worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
