摘要
PG9351FA型双燃料燃机采用先进的低NOx燃烧系统,其燃烧主燃料天然气通过D5、PM1、PM2、PM3共4条燃料流通道输送到燃机本体,再经由燃料支管连接到18个DLN2.6+型燃烧器;燃机包括扩散燃烧模式D5、1D、4D、6D和预混燃烧模式4、6.3共6种DLN燃烧模式;燃机启动加载负荷过程中有两种运行途径,每种运行途径所经历的燃烧模式具体转换将在文中阐述。此外,对于双燃料燃机燃气到燃油的双燃料切换操作,及燃油工况时注水系统和雾化空气系统等辅助系统的运行也进行了分析介绍。
The advanced low NOxcombustion system is adapted by PG9351 FA dual-fuel gas turbine,the main fuel-nature gas of gas turbine is transported to gas turbine body through the D5,PM1,PM2,PM3 independent fuel passages,and then through the passage manifolds to 18 DLN2. 6 + model chambers; gas turbine is provide with diffusion combustion mode D5,1D,4D,6D and premix combustion mode 4,6. 3; two paths are used for gas turbine to reach the base load,specific conversion of combustion model of each operation path will be elaborated in the article. In addition,the dual-fuel transfer operation of gas turbine and auxiliary system such as water injection system and atomizing air system etc. when the gas turbine running with fuel oil are also be introduced.
