甲醛对家蝇生长发育及繁殖的影响

摘要 为了解甲醛对家蝇的危害,本文研究了饲料中添加不同浓度甲醛对家蝇生长发育及繁殖的影响。结果表明,甲醛对家蝇的发育历期、各虫态存活率、幼虫和蛹的重量、单雌产卵量均有显著的影响。在饲料中添加0.25%的甲醛溶液后,卵、幼虫和蛹的发育历期延长,分别为1.00 d、6.60 d和5.73 d,显著长于对照组,并且随甲醛浓度的增加,各虫态发育历期逐渐延长;同时,卵、幼虫和蛹的存活率、幼虫和蛹的重量也显著下降,随着甲醛浓度的增加,各虫态存活率、幼虫和蛹的重量进一步减轻,各浓度间的差异达显著水平。此外,家蝇的单雌产卵量均有下降,差异达到显著水平,当甲醛浓度达到1.0%时,家蝇不能产卵。本研究结果可以为研究甲醛对昆虫的危害机理提供科学依据。 Effects of formaldehyde on growth and development and fecundity of Musca domestica was studied by means of adding different dosages of formaldehyde solution to the feed.The result showed that formaldehyde could significantly affect the developmental duration,survival rate of each stage,larval and pupal weight,and oviposition quantity.By adding 0.25% formaldehyde solution to the feed,the developmental duration of eggs,larva and pupa was extended,being 1.00 d,6.60 d and 5.73 d respectively,and the developmental duration gradually became longer with the increasing of the formaldehyde dosages.At the same time,survival rate of egg,larva and pupa,and the weight of larva and pupa significantly decrease with dosages of formaldehyde increased.The difference between those dosages has reached significant level.In addition,oviposition quantity of Musca domestica was also affected by formaldehyde,and it was significantly lower than that of control group.Musca domestica could oviposit when the dosage of formaldehy reached 1.0%.This result would provide a scientific reference for studying the harming mechanism of formaldehy on insects.
