摘要
针对广东省某胶片涂布干燥室湿负荷大问题,提出了两种除湿方法,一是冷冻除湿法结合冷凝热回收;二是干式除湿法(转轮除湿机与冷冻除湿机联合)结合再生空气排气废热回收。通过对两种除湿方法的对比分析,选定经济节能的除湿方法。
Aiming to a large of humidity load of a film coating and drying room in Guangdong Province, two dehu-midification methods are put forward:first, a frozen dehumidification combined with condensing heat recovery, second dry dehumidification ( rotary dehumidifier and refrigeration dehumidifier joint) combined with the regenera-tion air exhaust waste heat recovery. By the comparison analysis of the above two methods, the economic energy de-humidification method is selected.
