摘要 基于径向波导的功率合成器因高合成效率而受到越来越多的关注。利用HFSS软件设计、仿真并制作了一个L波段介质型六路径向功率合成器。仿真结果和测试结果具有较高的一致性。测试结果表明该合成器在1~2GHz频段范围内的回波损耗优于-11.89d B,插入损耗小于0.3d B,合成效率大于93%。该径向功率合成器内部填充满聚四氟乙烯介质材料,具有高功率容量、高合成效率、高稳定特性以及结构紧凑等特点。 Increasing attention have been paid to radial power combiner recently because of its high efficiency of power combining. An L-band six-way spatial power combiner based on the radial waveguide is designed,simulated and made through the High Frequency Structure Simulator( HFSS). The test results are in good agreement with the simulated results and indicate that the input and output reflection losses are better than-11.89 d B,the insertion loss is less than 0.3 d B,and the passive synthetic efficiency is more than 93% within the bandwidth of 1GHz to 2GHz. The power combiner with PTFE inside can be widely used in the power synthesis field,featuring high power,high synthetic efficiency,high stability and compact structure.
