摘要
本文从看守所在押人员投诉处理的人权观念出发,以及看守所在押人员投诉处理机制目前存在的问题入手,探析从立法救济、行政救济、司法救济等多途径畅通投诉渠道,建立现代法律监督机制,构建一套既符合我国监管场所特征,又切合中国实际的看守所在押人员投诉处理机制的体系。
With the growth of awareness of human rights, this paper presents some problems in the handling mechanism of complaints from jail detainees and analyses ways from the legislative relief, the administrative relief and the judicial relief. It also makes complaint channels clear, building the modem legal supervision mechanism which conforms to both our country regulation characteristics and appropriate Chinese jail detainee complaint handling mechanism in reality.
