多达一与依折麦布联合治疗高血压合并颈动脉斑块的临床探讨

Clinical Observation of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets Combined with Ezetimibe in the Treatment of Hypertension with Carotid Artery Plaque

目的探讨多达一与依折麦布联合治疗高血压合并颈动脉斑块的效果。方法选择2013年6月—2014年2月该院收治的高血压合并颈动脉斑块患者70例,以收入院日期单双号随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗及多达一,观察组在此基础上加用依折麦布。比较两组患者治疗前后血压、颈动脉斑块变化及安全性。结果两组治疗后观察组SBP、DBP下降幅度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IMT、斑块面积均较治疗前显著降低(t=5.24、5.12,P<0.05),且均显著低于对照组(t=4.01、4.08,P<0.05)。结论多达一与依折麦布联合治疗高血压合并颈动脉斑块能够进一步降低血压,促进斑块逆转,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of hypertension with carotid artery plaque. Methods 70 patients with hypertension and carotid artery plaque admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to February 2014 were randomly and equally divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd and even number of the date of admission. Both groups were given the conventional treatment and amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets for treatment, in addition, the observation group was given ezetimibe. The changes of hypertension and carotid artery plaque and safety of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the declines of SBP, DBP in the observation group were greater than those in the control group（P 0.05）. The IMT and plaque area in the observation group after treatment were significantly less than those before treatment（t=5.24, 5.12, P0.05）, and were obviously less than those in the control group（t=4.01, 4.08, P0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of hypertension with carotid artery plaque, amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with ezetimibe can further reduce the blood pressure and promote the plaque regression, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
