口腔粘接固定修复中常见的临床问题及对策

Common Clinical Problems and Countermeasures in Dental Bonding Fixed Prosthesis

目的对口腔粘接固定修复临床中常见的问题进行分析,并且探讨其处理对策。方法对该院2011年3月—2013年3月的80例口腔粘接固定修复患者作为研究对象,通过分析其技术报告探讨修复中常见的问题与对策,提升修复质量。结果技术报告显示,口腔粘接固定修复术后的问题包括牙齿敏感(48.75%)、染色着色(26.25%)、纤维桩粘接(13.75%)、瓷贴面粘接(11.25%)等,其中术后牙齿敏感是最为常见的临床问题。结论口腔粘接固定修复需要合理选择粘接材料与修复工艺,并且做好修复预处理、修复后固定,保证口腔粘接固定修复质量。

Objective To analyze the common problems in dental bonding fixed prosthesis and investigate the relative treatment measures. Methods 80 patients underwent dental bonding fixed prosthesis in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were selected as the subjects. And the common problems in dental bonding fixed prosthesis and countermeasures were investigated by analyzing the technical reports of the patients so as to improve the quality of restoration. Results The technical reports showed that the problems after dental bonding fixed prosthesis include sensitivity of tooth（48.75%）, staining coloring（26.25%）, fiber post bonding（13.75%）, porcelain veneers bonding（11.25）, and postoperative sensitivity of tooth is the most common clinical problem. Conclusion In order to ensure the quality of dental bonding fixed prosthesis, it needs reasonable choice of bonding materials and repair techniques and good restoration pretreatment and fixation after the repair.
