摘要
目的研究子宫内膜癌中PI3K、p-AKT、P27的表达规律,探讨三者与子宫内膜癌发生发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生症、子宫内膜癌中PI3K、p-AKT、P27的表达,分析它们与各项临床病理参数之间的关系及三者之间的关系。结果 PI3K、p-AKT、P27的表达在3组间比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),PI3K、p-AKT的表达与子宫内膜癌的临床分期和组织学分级有关(P<0.05),P27的表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级有关(P<0.05)。P27与PI3K、P27与p-AKT均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 PI3K、p-AKT、P27的表达与子宫内膜癌的发生和发展有关,三者的表达异常参与了子宫内膜癌的发生。
Objective To study the expression pattern of PI3 K, p-AKT and P27 in endometrial carcinoma, and investigate the correlation of which with the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PI3 K, p-AKT, P27 in the normal endometria, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma.And the relationship between the three, the correlation of them with the clinical pathological parameters were analyzed. Results There was a significant difference in the expression of PI3 K, p-AKT and P27 between the three groups(P〈0.05). The expression of PI3 K and p-AKT was related to the clinical stage and histological grade of endometrial carcinoma(P〈0.05). The expression of P27 was associated with the histological grade of endometrial carcinoma(P〈0.05). The expression of P27 was negatively correlated to the PI3 K and p-AKT expression(P〈0.01). Conclusion The expressions of PI3 K, p-AKT and P27 are correlated with the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. Their abnormal expressions involve the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma.
