损伤控制骨科治疗严重多发伤的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Severe Multiple Trauma Treated in Dam-age Control Orthopedics

目的探讨和分析损伤控制骨科在严重多发伤患者临床治疗的方法和效果。方法收集该院自2012年7月—2013年6月收治的严重多发伤患者共21例做为试验组,给予损伤控制骨科治疗,同时选择一般的多发伤患者20例为对照组,按照传统的多发伤手段来实施治疗。然后分析不同治疗方法的效果。结果严重多发伤患者共有2例死亡(多种患器官障碍综合征和失血性休克各1例),占9.5%;患者在实施手术前,实验组患者的凝血功能明显高于对照组患者,但在患者实施手术以后,两组之间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于严重多发伤患者给予损伤控制骨科治疗,能够取得显著的效果,可以临床推广与使用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical treatment method for severe multiple trauma in damage control department and the effect. Methods A total of 21 patients with severe multiple trauma admitted in our hospital from 2012 July to2013 June were selected as the test group, and given damage control orthopedics therapy, and 20 patients with general multiple trauma were selected as the control group, and given the traditional treatment methods for multiple injuries. And then the effects of different treatments were analyzed. Results Of the patients with severe multiple trauma, there were a total of 2 patients died（1died from multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, 1 died from hemorrhagic shock）, accounting for 9.5%. Before operation, the blood coagulation function of the test group was higher than that of the control group, but after operation, there was no statistically signif-icant difference in blood coagulation function between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with severe multiple trauma, damage control orthopedics treatment can obtain a significant effect, which can be applied and promoted clinically.
