国产和进口柠檬酸消毒剂杀细菌芽胞效果的比较研究

Comparative Study of the Effect of Killing Bacteria Spores of Domestic and Imported Citric Acid Disinfectants

为了比较国产和进口柠檬酸消毒剂的杀菌效果,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和消毒模拟现场试验,同时对国产柠檬酸消毒剂和进口柠檬酸消毒剂的杀细菌芽孢效果进行实验室研究.研究结果发现在试验温度80℃时,25%和50%国产柠檬酸消毒剂和进口消毒剂都对枯草芽胞杆菌具有明显的杀菌作用.杀灭对数值分别为>7.31和>7.26均具备同样的杀菌效果.

A comparison of the bactericidal effect of domestic and imported citric acid disinfectant was made through the experiment of suspension quantitative sterilization and disinfectant simulated field, at the same time, the effect of killing bacterial spores were researched for domestic and imported citric acid disinfectant. The result indicated that 25% and 50% domestic and imported citric acid disinfectant have obvious antiseptic effect on Bacillus subtillis var.niger at 80℃, the logarithmic value of the killed bacteria spores are greater than 7.31 and 7.26 respectively, both of them have the same bactericidal effect.
