腹腔镜探查术在不明原因急腹症诊治中的应用价值

Application Value of Laparoscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Unexplained Acute Abdomen

目的研究腹腔镜探查术在不明原因急腹症诊治中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院2009年3月—2013年5月收治的32例术前不明原因急腹症行腹腔镜探查术的临床资料(腹腔镜组)和同时期收治32例术前不明原因急腹症行开腹探查的临床资料(开腹组),比较两者之间的疗效。结果与开腹组相比,腹腔镜组患者在术中出血量、手术切口大小、术后排气时间,术后并发症发生率、术后进食时间及术后住院时间均明显缩短,手术时间较开腹组长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),住院费用两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜探查术在诊断和治疗不明原因急腹症中有重要作用,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the application value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen with unknown causes.Methods The clinical data of 32 cases with acute abdomen caused by unknown reasons underwent laparoscopy（laparoscopic group） and 32 cases with acute abdomen caused by unknown reasons underwent laparotomy（open group） in our hospital from March 2009 to May 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.And the efficacies were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the open group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss,operation incision size,the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative hospital stay of the laparoscopic group were less,postoperative exhaust time and food intake time were earlier,the duration of operation was longer,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the difference in hospitalization expenses between the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion Laparoscopy plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of unexplained acute abdomen,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
