血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与冠状动脉慢血流现象的相关性

摘要 目的探讨比较血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平与冠状动脉慢血流现象的相关性。方法资料随机选取2011年11月—2013年11月该院收治的240例临床表现为胸痛患者,患者均行冠状动脉造影检查,按照检查结果分为两组,对照组120例患者冠脉造影检查结果正常,研究组120例出现冠脉慢血流情况,分别测定两组患者的血浆HCY水平、血脂、C反应蛋白等相关性指标,分析患者冠状动脉病变支数及狭窄程度。结果研究组患者HCY(21.56±2.46)mmol/L、血清Cys C(1.65±0.49)mmol/L水平明显高于对照组,且随着患者的病情加重而不断升高,患者CRP(58.63±37.03)ng/L、TG(2.52±1.53)mmol/L及LDL(7.80±0.46)mmol/L等检验结果均明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆HCY水平升高提示冠状动脉出现慢血流现象,可作为临床冠状动脉临床病变的独立危险因素。 Objective To compare the correlation between plasma homocysteine(HCY) level and coronary slow flow phenomenon.Methods The data of 240 cases with chest pain admitted in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013 were randomly selected.All the patients underwent coronary angiography.And according to the results of the examination,the patients were divid-ed into two groups.Patients in the control group had normal results of coronary angiography,and patients in the study group had coronary slow flow.Plasma HCY levels,blood lipids,C-reactive protein and other related indicators were measured in both groups.And the number and stenosis degree of affected coronary artery branches in the patients were analyzed.Results The HCY and serum Cys C level of the study group was(21.56 ± 2.46) mmol/L,(1.65±0.49)mmol/L,respectively,obviously higher than that of the control group,respectively,and those increased along with the severity of the disease;the examination results of CRP,TG,LDL level was(58.63±37.03)ng/L,(2.52±1.53)mmol/L,(7.80±0.46)mmol/L,respectively,significantly higher than that of the control group,respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Elevated plasma HCY levels suggest that coronary slow flow phenomenon occurs,which can be used as an independent risk factor of clinical coronary artery lesions.
