氯胺酮是一种NMDA受体拮抗剂,曾经因其不良反应和其它新的静脉麻醉药的出现,而逐渐减少了临床使用,近年来其新的作用及作用机制的发现,使得医学界对它的热情重新升温。为了以后能对氯胺酮有更好的更深入的临床研究,本文就氯胺酮近年临床应用的进展做一综述。

Ketamine is a NMDA receptor antagonist.Because of its adverse reactionsand and clinic application of other new intravenous anesthetics,its clinical use was gradually reduced,but its new effect and mechanism found in recent years make the interesting for ketamine warm up again.The paper is written to summarize the progress of clinical application of ketamine in recent years for further and better clinical study of ketamine in the future.
