女性体内抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)的生理作用及临床应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 抗苗勒氏管激素属于转化生长因子家族的一种糖蛋白,由睾丸支持细胞和卵巢颗粒细胞分泌。具有调节细胞发育及分化、促进苗勒氏管退化的重要作用。在女性生殖系统发育过程中,它抑制卵巢颗粒细胞上黄体生成素受体及黄体酮的生物合成,调节卵子的发生及细胞的减数分裂并对成熟卵泡的选择具有重要作用。相关研究显示,它能够抑制原是卵泡形成卵泡库并降低生长卵泡对FSH的应答,可作为卵巢老化标志和女性卵巢肿瘤的标记。随着临床研究工作不断深入,人们逐渐认识到抗苗勒氏管激素对卵泡发育的影响,同时还进一步了解卵巢肿瘤及相关疾病的发生机制。该文通过对AMH在生理性及卵巢功能异常疾病的卵泡形成中的作用进行综述,以期为日后临床研究工作提供相关参考依据。
