规范化社区高血压健康指导对老年高血压的控制作用

The Effect of Standardized Hypertension Health Guidance on Controlling the Hypertension in the Elderly in Community

目的探讨规范化社区高血压健康指导对老年高血压的控制作用。方法 2012年2月—2013年2月期间,选择82例老年高血压患者,随机均分为两组,即对照组予以常规健康指导,而实验组则予以规范化社区高血压健康指导,比较两组血压的控制效果。结果实验组患者指导后收缩压(96.68±10.88)mm Hg、舒张压(81.81±5.59)mm Hg,对照组患者指导后收缩压(138.57±8.78)mm Hg、舒张压(88.92±5.25)mm Hg,二者相比明显实验组血压控制效果更为理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。并且实验组满意率(95.12%)明显高于对照组(68.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论规范化社区高血压健康指导对老年高血压的控制效果极佳,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of standardized hypertension health guidance on controlling the hypertension in the el-derly in community. Methods 82 elderly patients with high blood pressure from February 2012 to February 2013 were selected and equally divided into two groups at random. The control group was treated by routine health guidance, while the experimental group was treated by standardized community hypertension health guidance. And the effects on controlling hypertension of two groups were compared. Results After the guidance, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the experimental group was （96.68 ±10.88） mmHg, （81.81 ±5.59）mmHg, respectively, and that of the control group was （138.57 ±8.78）mmHg, （88.92 ±5.25） mmHg, respectively, the effect of controlling hypertension of the experimental group was better, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The level of satisfaction of the experimental group（95.12%） was much higher than that of the control group （68.29%） with statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Standardized hypertension health guid-ance has better effect on controlling the hypertension in the elderly in community, so it is worth promoting.
