超声诊断急腹症的临床应用分析

Observation of the Clinical Application of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen

目的探讨超声在诊断急腹症的应用价值。方法对该院2013年1月—2014年7月间进行超声诊断的298例急腹症患者进行回顾性分析,将其结果与临床最终诊断结果进行对比分析。结果经分析超声检查与临床诊断结果符合例数为289例,与诊断结果符合率为96.98%。结论超声在诊断急腹症操作简便,安全有效能有效发现与确定病因,能够提高诊断率、降低误诊率,可为临床提供可靠依据,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods 298 pa-tients with acute abdomen underwent ultrasonography in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 were retrospectively ana-lyzed. And the results of ultrasonography and those of the final clinical diagnosis were compared and analyzed. Results The analy-sis showed that the results of ultrasonography of 289 patients conformed to those of the clinical diagnosis, the diagnostic accor-dance rate was 96.98%. Conclusion For the diagnosis of acute abdomen, ultrasonography is safe, effective and easy to operate, which can effectively find and identify the cause of disease, improve the rate of diagnosis and reduce the misdiagnosis rate, and provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment, so it is worthy of clinical application.
