摘要
针对职业院校校企结合的需要,通过解决企业生产难题,达到有机融合;该文介绍了职业院校教师,在培训企业职工期间,发现了电动挖掘机主电机频繁烧毁的问题,通过调研、分析、设计、样机制作、实践应用,优化解决了电动挖掘机主电机频繁烧毁的问题的成功案列。并取得一定的社会影响,为校企结合提供了借鉴。
