川芎嗪联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

Efficacy of ligustrazine and lipoic acid in treatment of diabetic retinopathy

目的观察川芎嗪联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法选择18例入住本院的糖尿病视网膜病变患者,将其作为试验组,采用川芎嗪联合硫辛酸的治疗方法,15例运用常规治疗的对照组进行治疗结果的对比。结果试验组治疗总有效率为94.4%,对照组的总有效率为73.3%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变有提高疗效的作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of ligustrazine and lipoic acid in treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods There were 18 cases of hospital stay in patients with diabetic retinopatby, as a test group, used ligustrazine and lipoie acid treatment, 15 cases of the control groupused conventional therapy for treatment outcome, adverse reactions were contrasted.Results Experimental group, totale ffective rate was 94.4%,the total effective rate was 73.3% in the control group, respectively,the difference was very obvious.The difference of the total response rate was significantly in two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ligustrazine and lipoic acid may improve curative effect in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
