Objective To The clinical impact of coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure patients applied sports rehabilitation intervention on cardiac function. Methods Data randomly selected 240 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure in November 2011 November 2013 hospital for treatment, according to randomized double-blind divided into two groups, a control group of 120 patients treated with routine medication, the study group of 120 patients shall exercise rehabilitation intervention in the control group, based on the analysis of the two groups were related indicators of cardiac function, quality of life and exercise tolerance situation. Results SV related indicators of cardiac function in patients after intervention study group(59.24±3.63) m L,CO(5.24±1.24)L/min, CI(3.99±0.42) min/m^2, LVEF(54.29±6.24)% were significantly better than the control group; social constraints(3.78 ±1.14) points, physical limitations(10.01 ±3.43) points, symptom improvement(7.14 ±1.74) points and emotional control(7.85±2.17) were significantly lower than the control sub-group situation, 6min walking distance(376.07 ±51.22) m m farther than the control group(252.55±55.14), the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with chronic congestive heart failure applications sports rehabilitation intervention has a positive effect on heart function, improve quality of life and exercise tolerance in patients.
