经阴道超声在妇科疾病中的临床应用

Clinical application of transvaginal ultrasound in gynecological diseases

目的探讨经阴道超声在妇科疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院于2013年6月—2014年6月收治的113例行经阴道超声检查(transvagincalultrasound,TVUS)和105例行经腹超声检查(transabdomenal ultrasound,TAUS)的妇科患者的临床资料,对比两种检查方法的灵敏度、特异性和阳性检出率。结果 TVUS的灵敏度为90.9,特异度为93.3,阳性检出率为89.4%;TAUS的灵敏度为74.9,特异度为82.1,阳性检出率为54.3%。经阴道超声检查的灵敏度、特异性及阳性检出率均明显高于经腹超声检查(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声具有灵敏度高、阳性检出率高、特异性好、显像清晰、操作安全方便等特点,对妇科疾病的诊断具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases. Methods In2013 June to 2014 year in June,clinical data of 113 patients examined with transvaginal ultrasound（TVUS） and 105 with transabdominal ultrasonography（TAUS） were retrospectively analyzed, the sensitivity, specificity and positive detection rate of the two methods were compared. Results The sensitivity,specificity and the positive rate of TVUS and TAUS were 90.9, 93.3,89.4% and74.9, 82.1,54.3%. The above Indicators of TVUS were significantly higher than those of TAUS（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TVUS has a high sensitivity, specificity, positive detection rate with clear imaging, which is safe and convenient with certain clinical value in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases.
