摘要
目的探讨分析饮食干预对妊振糖尿病的临床治疗效果。方法随机抽取该院2013年3月—2014年7月收治的60例妊振糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30人。观察组在应用临床药物治疗的同时实施个体化饮食干预措施;对照组实施临床药物治疗及常规健康宣教;比较分析两组患者的血糖控制情况及新生儿的健康状况。结果经过饮食干预措施的实施,观察组患者在空腹血糖、餐后血糖分别为(6.3±1.7)mmol/L、(9.1±1.4)mmol/L均优于对照组的(7.2±1.9)mmol/L、(12.3±2.1)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者实施个体化的饮食干预措施可有效控制患者血糖水平,降低妊娠糖尿病对新生儿的影响。
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of diet intervention on pregnancy diabetes. Methods In 60 cases of pregnancy in patients with diabetes mellitus method of 2013 in our hospital were randomly selected from March to 2014 July were as the research object, which is divided into observation group and control group, each group of 30 people. Observation at the same time the implementation of group in the application of clinical drug treatment of individual diet intervention measures; the implementation of the control group in clinical drug therapy and routine health education; comparison of two groups of patients with blood sugar control and neonatal health status analysis. Results After the implementation of the diet intervention, the patients in observation group were fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose were(6.3+1.7)mmol/L,(9.1+1.4)mmol/L was better than the control group of 7.2+1.9mmol/L,(12.3+2.1)mmol/L, with significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Can effectively control blood sugar levels on dietary intervention measures individual of the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, reducing the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus on neonates.
