摘要
文章研究了微量La元素的添加对金刚石钻头胎体的抗弯强度、磨损失重、硬度等力学性能的影响。并通过扫描电镜对不同样品断口形貌进行了分析对比。研究结果表明:加入微量的La元素,胎体的抗弯强度τ0有所上升,磨损失重Δm有所下降,硬度HRB基本没有太大变化。含金刚石试样的断口形貌电镜照片表明:微量La元素的加入,可以减少胎体中的孔洞缺陷,改善胎体的组织结构,提高胎体的力学性能。
In this article,the influence on mechanical properties of drill bit matrix such as the bending strength,wear weight loss and rigidity has been studied when small amount of La element is added.Fracture morphology of different samples has been compared under scanning electron microscope.The result shows that when small amount of La element is added,the bending strength of the matrix(τ0)increases,the wear weight loss(Δm)decrease and the rigidity remains almost the same.Fracture morphology of the diamond contained sample indicates that small amount of La element can reduce the hole defect of the matrix and improve the structure of the matrix,thus the mechanical property will be improved.
