摘要
通过分析大学生职业定位和态度的差别,研究大学生从高校转移到劳动力市场过程中构建、理解和处理可雇佣性的方式,以及大学生对当前劳动力市场的看法和未来的职业生涯规划。研究表明,大学生塑造可雇佣性身份的方式日益个性化,职业定位和态度的差别不仅反映了理解和管理可雇佣性方式的不同,而且也反映了努力实现劳动力市场目标的愿望。
Through the analysis of college students' professional orientation and attitudes, this paper studies ways of building, understanding and handling employability during their transition from college to labor market so as to explore college students' view on labor market and career planning. The study shows college students' ways of building their employability are increasingly individualized, their various profes- sional orientation and attitudes reflect not only their different understanding and management of employa- bility, and their desire to achieve the goal of labor market as well.
