中职德育实效性教学探析

The Effective Teaching of Moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools

中职人才培养有工学结合、校企结合、顶岗实习等模式,德育存在着理论重于实践、教学内容教条化、教学的针对性不足等问题。为发挥中职教育的德育为先的理念,应注重挖掘校内外德育资源,探索适合中职人才的职业需要,实现德育的实效性教学。

There are personnel training modes of school-enterprise corporation,work-study combination and post-practicein secondary vocational schools.There also are some issues in moral education as the theory of moral emphasis on practice, teaching dogmatic content, and lack of targeted education to solve. To play in the first vocational education moral philosophy, moral education should focus on internal and external re-sources to explore suitable career vocational talents needed to achieve effectiveness of teaching moral educa-tion.
