加工型黄瓜品种引进筛选试验研究

摘要 【目的】研究哈萨克斯坦农业部果蔬研究院加工型黄瓜品种在中国新疆的适应性,为新疆加工型黄瓜品种的选育和品种改良提供理论依据。【方法】采用比对法,对从哈萨克斯坦引进的麦得乌(МЕДЕУ,XK2)、克列培士(КРЕПЫШ,XK3)、士勒得(ШИЛЬДЕ,XK6)、奥勒肯(ОРКЕН,XK7)、阿扎特(АЗАТ,XK8)5个品种,以阿亚可斯(Ajax,F)为对照,进行丰产性及主要农艺性状对比试验。【结果】引进的品种除XK7外,增产都在5%以上,XK3增产达到了20.47%。【结论】XK3号总产量最高,表现明显优于其他引进品种,其产量高、长势强、采收期长、抗病性强,可以满足中亚食品研发中心生产俄式酸黄瓜罐头的品种需求。 [ Objective ] This project aims to study the adaptability of the processing cucumber varieties in Xinjiang introduced from the Fruit and Vegetable Research Institute of the Kazakstan Ministry of Agriculture in the hope of providing a theoretical basis for breeding and improving new varieties for Xinjiang processing cucumber cultivar. [ Method] The yield and agronomic traits of five varieties Medeu (XK2), Kresysh (XK3), Schild (XKr) , Orken (XK7) and Azat (XK8) introduced from Kazakhstan were analyzed by using the com- parison method. Ajax (F) was taken as the control. [ Result] Except XK7 ,all the introduced varieties'yield was increased by more than 5%, and the XK3 variety's yield was increased by 20.47%. [ Conclusion] The XK3 variety produced the highest output, which displayed significantly better performance than the other introduced species, and its high yield, strong growth, long harvest period and disease resistance could meet the demand for Russian - style canned pickled cucumber in Central Asia Food R & D Center's production.
