The Effects of Primary Endurance Training on the Blood Biochemical Indexes of the Yili Horse

摘要 【目的】研究初级耐力训练对伊犁马血液生化指标的影响。【方法】对8匹伊犁马进行为期7周的初级耐力训练。在训练期间,定期对马匹进行10 km测试并采集血样进行血液生化指标检测,检测指标:氯、钾、钠、钙、尿素、乳酸、胆固醇、总蛋白、血红蛋白、血清肌酸激酶。【结果】在训练前后血液中氯和钠浓度在训练后即刻极显著低于训练前水平(P<0.01);而钾浓度、乳酸浓度、总蛋白浓度、血红蛋白浓度和肌酸激酶浓度在训练后即刻极显著高于训练前水平(P<0.01);而钙的浓度在训练后显著降低(P<0.05);尿素浓度在训练后逐渐升高,在训练后1 h显著高于训练前时的水平(P<0.05),所有指标在第2 d清晨时均能恢复到训练前水平。【结论】伊犁马按照制定的训练方案训练后没有发生训练过度的现象,在对马匹进行初级耐力训练时该计划可以作为参考依据。 [ Objective]The purpose of this study is to investigate the primary endurance training's influence on the Yili horse blood biochemical indicators. Eight Yili horse were studied throughout 7 week primary endurance training. [Method] During the training period, regularly test and blood sampling were taken and blood biochemical indicator was detected. Hematological parameters included chloride, potassium, sodium, calcium, urea, blood lactic acid, cholesterol, totaI protein, hemoglobin and serum creatine kinase. [ Result ] The results showed that the sodium and chloride concentrations in the blood reached a significantly low level (P 〈 0.01 ) at competition immediately compared with those before training; however, the potassium concentration, the concentration of lactic acid, the concentration of total protein, the hemoglobin concentration and the concentration of creatine kinase in the blood reached a significantly high level ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the calcium concentration significantly reduced (P 〈 0.05 ) after training; the urea concentration increased gradually afire-training, one hour after training is significantly higher than before training level (P〈0.05 ). These rout returned to the training level in the next morning. [ ConelusionlThe phenomenon of overtraining of Yili horse did not happen after training which might be acted as reference for the development of training programs.
