‘福山包头’大白菜抗根肿病雄性不育系转育研究

Developmemt of Genetic Male Sterility Lines of‘Fushanbaotou'Chinese Cabbage with Anti-clubroot

为配置‘福山包头’大白菜抗根肿病雄性不育系,以抗根肿病大白菜CRAB91-12甲型雄性不育"两用系"为抗源和不育源,以‘福山包头’大白菜为轮回亲本,通过杂交、回交、测交、自交、兄妹交和苗期接菌抗病筛选及田间经济性状筛选等方法,获得纯合抗病且经济性状优良的‘福山包头’大白菜新甲型雄性不育"两用系"和"临时保持系",扩展了抗根肿病大白菜雄性不育系的利用范围。

In order to develop male sterility lines of Chinese cabbage‘Fushanbaotou＇,the anti-clubroot AB lines（typeⅠ）‘CRAB91-12＇was used as resistance and infertility resources and Chinese cabbage‘Fushanbaotou＇as recurrent parent.By means of crossing,backcrossing,test cross,self-crossing,sib-mating and seedling inoculation resistance screening and economic characters screening in the field,the new AB lines（typeⅠ）and temporary maintainer lines of Chinese cabbage ‘Fushanbaotou＇with homozygous resistance and excellent economic characters were obtained.This work extend utilization of the male sterility lines of Chinese cabbage with anti-clubroot.
