摘要
采用生长速率法测定了茵陈蒿乙醇提取物对番茄灰霉病菌、番茄枯萎病菌、番茄叶霉病菌、番茄早疫病菌和番茄晚疫病菌等5种植物病原真菌菌丝生长的抑制作用,并采用活体组织法测定了其对番茄灰霉病和番茄晚疫病的药效。结果显示,茵陈蒿乙醇提取物对以上5种病原真菌具有较高的抑制作用,其中对番茄叶霉病菌的抑制活性最好,EC50为0.98g/L;在质量浓度为100g/L时,对番茄灰霉病的保护效果为74.00%,对番茄晚疫病的保护效果和治疗效果分别为66.21%和60.01%。
The inhibition effect on mycelia growth of Botrytis cinerea,Fusarium oxysporum,Cladosporium fulvum,Alternaria solani Sorauer and Phytophthora infestans,as well as antimicrobial activity on fruit infected with Botrytis cinerea and blade infected with Phytophthora infestans was determined with ethanol extracts of Artemisia capillaris.The results showed that the ethanol extracts of Artemisia capillaris exhibited high inhibition effect on mycelia growth of phytopathogens above,among these the 50%inhibition concentration of the ethanol extracts against Cladosporium fulvum was 0.98g/L,which was the highest among these phytopathogens.At 100g/L,the ethanol extracts showed a protective effect of 74.00%against Botrytis cinerea,aprotective of 66.21%and therapeutic effect of 60.01%against Phytophthora infestans on tomato compared with the control.This research provides proofs for exploiting Artemisia capillaris as botanical fungicides.
