Performing Ethical Duties in S & T Publishing to Avoid Academic Misconducts

近年来国内外频频爆发的学术不端事件,引起学术界和全社会的广泛关注。学术期刊作为诚实记录学术成果的载体,应在维护科研诚信、防止学术不端发生中发挥应有的作用。本文通过介绍国际出版道德委员会(COPE)的指南及规范,分析论文发表中可能存在的严重道德问题,建议我国期刊要遵守国际出版道德规范,筑好防止学术不端的防线,做负责任的学术期刊出版。

There has been growing cases of scientific fraud home and abroad in recent years. Academic journals, serving as the carriers of faithfully recording the academic results, should play an import role in promoting research integrity and preventing from the scientific misconduct. This paper introduces the Committee on Publication Ethics （COPE）, analyses the ethical issues occurred in publications, and finally suggests the Chinese journals build up the policy in line with the international publication ethics.
