摘要
简略介绍了铝合金铸锭挤压前加热技术的发展概况,着重论述了永磁加热器的工作原理、主要组成、技术参数及加热性能。实践证明,铝锭永磁感应加热器加热法是铝锭挤压前预热的一种先进可行的方法,具有节能、环保、高效益等一系列优点,适于在铝及其他有色金属铸锭挤压前的预热工序使用。
The paper outlined the development of preheating process for extruding aluminum billet; it presented working principle, main components, technical parameters and heating characteristics of permanent magnet heater. Practical operation shows that the heater is advanced and feasible in preheating aluminum billet before extrusion and applies to other nonferrous metals in light of the advantages of energy saving, environment friendly and high returns.
