摘要
铝板带箔材轧制过程中,出口带材通过测厚仪时的通过角度变化会使厚度测量精度产生误差,该误差包括带材通过角度变化产生的直接误差和由此带来的气隙温度补偿值误差。文章分析了通过角度变化造成厚度测量误差的两种原因,并分别给出了误差补偿方法。
During aluminum rolling operation, angular variation of strip passing through the thickness gauge will affect measuring precision in two ways, including direct effect on measuring precision and the effect on air gap temperature compensation. The paper analyzed the two effects and it presented the methods of error compensation respectively.
