摘要 目的改进大鼠羊水栓塞动物模型的制备方法。方法将30只晚孕SD大鼠随机分为对照组(NS组)、羊水原液组(AF组)、羊水胎粪液组(MAF组)。用改良的方法建立羊水栓塞模型,观察大鼠呼吸、心率改变,取肺组织进行HE染色、APM特殊染色和CK16免疫组织化学检查。结果 AF组和MAF组肺组织特殊染色及免疫组化检查均有阳性发现,NS组未见。结论改良后的方法操作简易、成功率高,是较为理想的建模方法。 Objective To improve the preparation method of animal model of amniotic fluid embolism in rats. Methods 30 late pregnancy SD rats were randomly divided into control group (NS), amniotic fluid group (AF) and the mixture of amniotic fluid meconium group (MAF). Modified methods was used to form amniotic fluid embolism model; to observe the breath and heart rate of rats; lung tissues were collected for HE staining, APM staining and CKI6 immunohistochemistry. Results The HE staining, APM staining and CK16 immunohistochem- istry study revealed positive in the lung tissues of both AF group and MAF group, but did not show in NS group. Conclusion The modified method was easier to operate and with high success rate, it is an ideal modeling method for amniotic fluid embolism in rats.
