物流服务整合模式及在家居行业的应用研究

专业化是物流发展的趋势,如何专业化也是物流研究的新方向。文中在梳理物流服务整合相关研究的基础上,首先探讨了目前家居行业物流普遍的运行形态及存在的问题;然后提出家居平台销售企业、家居品牌商及物流服务供应商之间的物流服务整合模式;最后讨论了该整合模式要想真正发挥作用合作各方要做的外延整合内容,以供家居行业物流运作部门开展实践活动参考。

To be professional is the trend of logistics development,how to be professional is also our new direction for logistics research. In this paper,based on combing the relevant research of logistics service integration,first we discuss the common running mode of logisitcs and existing issues in current household industry,second we raise some of the logistics service integration mode between household industry and household brand suppliers ＆ logisitics supply chain suppliers,last we discuss some of epitaxial integration contents which need to do by all cooperation parties if we want the integration mode to play the real role,so the household industry logistics operation department can carry out the practice per the epitaxial contents for reference.
